3 days

We are less than 3 days from our big trip. thankfully, our lovely nanny is back today, which gave me some time and space to do some more packing and organization.

Today’s tasks—-repacking our biggest suitcase, organizing it, and adding in some of the last minute things that can go in at this point; looking over mine and kids’ packed clothes, adding socks, and verifying we have the right and enough stuff; rechecking the overnight duffel bag that has toiletries and clothes’ changes for our 48 hour trip out; printing all the flights and hotel information (never know when a phone is lost or stolen); verifying we have copies of all essential documents and cards; making sure we have locks for all suitcases (the big one hasn’t been used for a long time and it took me a while to figure out the code); getting cupcakes for the kids’ last day of school tomorrow.

And essential of course, getting a nice double workout in today. I swam and ran today, planning strength and bike tomorrow, and hoping for a long run on Wednesday as I’m going to be antsy with 2 days of little movement (and so will my energetic boys!).

Also made some last minute Amazon purchases—a travel razor, travel carbon monoxide alarm, and a few more AirTags to cover all our check in and carry on luggage. Getting excited!!!
